For your security and peace of mind, our payment system is run in partnership with WorldPay who have a world class record in online payment.
Security
When you have confirmed your order and clicked the button marked 'PROCEED TO SECURE PAYMENT' you will be transferred to the WorldPay secure server. At this point, you will see the icon (padlock) in the bottom right corner of your browser, assuring you that details you now send are encrypted and cannot be intercepted and viewed.
Delivery
Where goods are out of stock, we will email you with expected delivery dates and provide the option to wait or cancel the order. Our stoves are available from stock and are normally despatched the next working day using a three day carriage service. Items such as our fire baskets are manufactured to order and are normally ready for despatch in 7 to 10 days.
The delivery cost will either be included in the article price or be clearly shown in the total to pay before you proceed to the payment server.
Refunds
Where the ordered goods are not available for delivery within 28 days, The GasFireplace will offer a full refund of all monies paid. Where goods arrive damaged, we will offer a choice of full refund or replacement goods provided that you, the customer, have informed The GasFireplace of the problem within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Where goods are returned as unsuitable, a full refund will be offered, less our carriage costs.
Cards accepted
The images on the left show the cards we accept. When you go to the secure server, your first action will be to click the symbol for your card type.
